Titled ‘Gas analysis for process control’, this article looks at the role of gas analysis in ethylene dichloride (EDC) and vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) production for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) manufacturing.
Rhys and Maria outline why the production of VCM and EDC is so important and describe the different gas measurements in EDC and VCM production.
