In this Spotlight interview, Scot Bauder (Sales Director Sustainable Industries - Flow Controls with Emerson) and Janelle Prusha (Refining Industry Manager – Flow Controls with Emerson) discuss their article that featured in the August 2023 issue of Hydrocarbon Engineering magazine.
Titled ‘Control valve selection for SAF production', the article explains how new processes are required as refineries begin to retool their infrastructure to produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and considers the challenges that this creates when selecting control valves.
